Chanel & Nathan’s Intimate Wedding in the Noordhoek and Chapman’s Peak area

Special Day at the Sacred Mountain Lodge

Chanel and Nathan’s wedding in the stunning Sacred Mountain Lodge in Noordhoek was truly magical. This particular wedding was also extra special to us as Shaun went to university with Chanel (aka Chin) and Nathan (aka Nelly) and has known them since the moment they met.

Therefore, he has been fortunate enough to watch the journey of their relationship. And now, we also had the opportunity to witness and document the start of their marriage. What a privilege to be there during these key moments of their love journey!

The couple’s intimate wedding started with a very joyful preparation. Both of them were surrounded by their loving friends and a few family members. After the preparation, Chanel’s dad led her to the beautiful and peaceful Sacred Moutain Lodge garden, where the ceremony took place.

Nathan’s mom was the officiant during the ceremony and did an absolutely amazing job. The vows said by Chanel & Nathan really took our breaths away. We can without a shadow of a doubt say that it did the same for everyone else in the ceremony garden. Not only did the ceremony consisted of the couple’s unique and personal touches, but was also broadcasted to their friends all over the world. As the couple spent a few years of their life abroad teaching English.

Under the string quartet from Classic Music Events, the ceremony was led into the bohemian-decorated reception.

For the creative session, we drove to the breathtaking scenic area of Chapman’s Peak during sunset. Even though the wind was very strong, Chanel and Nathan were absolutely amazing and embraced the crazy weather with us. The final photos from the shoot speak for themselves.
